P2M login designs

Four design directions for the P2M login and forgot-password pages. Each one works on desktop and phone. No server is connected yet, so logging in only checks the details are in the right format.

• Book v2 Ivory paper page with a burgundy book that opens, and the login page turns over to the reset form. On phones: logo on black, form on a paper page. /book-v2/
• Book v3 Colours swapped on desktop: burgundy page with an ivory book. On phones it fits on one screen without scrolling. /book-v3/
• Classic Dark navy with a gold foil frame, the P2M cover beside the login form. /classic/
• Glass Frosted glass over a soft glowing background, one field at a time: username first, then password. /glass/
